Chilly Paneer (Click Here For Video)

Chilli Paneer
Ingredients:-
Paneer 1/2 kg
Capsicum (2-3) big size (sliced)
Onions (3-4) big size (sliced)
 1 medium size onion chopped
Garlic 2-3 tsp (finely chopped)
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp 
Maida 3 tb
Besan 2 tb
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Steps:-
* Cut paneer into cubes in a separate bowl and add besan,Maida,salt pepper and 1 tsp soya sauce and mix it well. 
* Add water to this mixture to make a batter to fry paneer. 
* The batter should not be too thin or too thick. 
* On the other side keep oil on the gas to heat for frying. 
* Now dip the paneer cubes in the batter mix slowly with light hand and one by one add paneer and add paneer to the oil for frying. 
* When the paneer is golden-brown,take the paneer out of the oil and keep aside. 
* In the other pan take 1-2 tb oil. When the oil is heated put chopped garlic to it and one chopped onion to it. 
* Sauté well till the garlic and onion light browned. 
* Then add sliced onions and sliced capsicums and sauté well. 
* Sauté it on low flame for 4-5 mins till the vegetables are a bit soft. 
* Then add soya sauce,tomato sauce(you can also add chilli sauce instead of tomato sauce if you want it to be spicy),salt pepper and mix well. 
* When the vegetables are ready add the fried paneer cubes to it and sauté with light hand. Do not mix it too much otherwise paneer will break. 
* Mix it for 1-2 mins and switch off the gas. 
* Now your chilli paneer is ready to be served.

Ckicken Biryani

Ingredients:-
700grm chicken(cut into small pieces)
8 medium onion (sliced and fried)
1 cup curd
1 1/2 cup rice (boiled)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Ghee 2 tsp
Whole garam masala (2 small elachi,2-3 big elachi,long 3-4)
Hara dhaniya for ganishing

Steps:-
* In a bowl put chicken and add curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,garam masala,red chilli powder and half the quantity of the fried onions 
* Keep half fried onions for garnishing
* Mix well and keep aside for half and hour to marinate
* After half and hour take handi  and put it on gas and heat it. 
* When the handi is heated add desi ghee and whole garam masala to it. 
* Sauté it well and add the marinated chicken and sauté them on high flame for 5-6 mins. 
* Simmer the gas and cook for about 8-10 mins on low flame with covered top. Do not pressure it. 
* After the chicken is cooked properly and dried well keep your gas on low flame. 
* Add boiled red on the cooked chicken in the handi 
* Layer the rice properly with the whole rice. 
* Press the rice properly then on the top of rice add fried onions,chopped hara dhaniya and add some safforan (a pinch of saffron+2-3 tb of water to the rice)
* Cover the handi with a cover and seal the cover with Atta as shown in video. 
* Let it cook for more than 5-7 mins after sealing the handi

* Now switch off the gas and your biriyani is ready to be served.

 Mutton Curry (Click For Video)

Ingredients:-
500gm mutton
2 tbsp desi ghee
5-6 medium onion grated
3-4 medium tomatoes grated
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp meat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Whole garam masala(3-4 big elachi,3-4 small elachi,whole black pepper and 2-3 pieces small dalchini)

Steps:-
* In a pressure cooker add desi ghee,when the ghee starts heating add whole garam masala to it and sauté for 1 min. 
* Then add grated onions and sauté well till light brown. 
* Then add ginger garlic paste to the onions which are lightely browned. 
* Now add red chilli powder,garam masala,meat masala and salt to taste and mix well. 
* You can add little water to mix the spices. 
* When whole spices are mixed together then add grated tomatoes to it. 
* Sauté it well till the masala starts leaving oil. Cook on low flame. 
* When the masala is cooked then add the mutton pieces to it and cook for 5-6 mins on high flame. 
* When this is properly add 2 glasses of water and add some chopped hara dhaniya and cover it with a lid. 
* Cook it on high flame till 7-8 whistles are done. 
* Then lower the flame and cook for 5-10 mins. 
* Then switch off the gas and open the lid and see if the mutton is cooked properly. 
* Gravy will be thickened by now but if you want more thick gravy you can cook it on high flame for another 5 mins with open lid. Do not cover it. 
* Now your mutton curry is ready to serve. 
* Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with chopped hara dhaniya. 
* You can enjoy your mutton curry with boiled rice.

Make Pizza in 10 Min.

Pizza in Pan
Ingredients:-
 1. Pizza base
 2. Onion(one small finely chopped)
 3. Capsicum (one small finely chopped)
 4. Tomato (one small finely chopped)
 5. Corns (two table spoon boiled)
 6. Cheese (50/100 grms) Grated according to your taste
 7. Pizza spread (2tsp)
 8. Pizza seasoning (1/2 tsp)                

Steps:-
 • In a pan add little bit of butter and chopped onions,capsicum,tomato,corn and salt and pepper to the chopped vegetables and sauté them for 3-4 mins on low flame
 • Take a pizza base and roll it to flat,if u like thin pizza
 • Spread pizza spread on the pizza base nicely
 • Then spread the sautéd vegetables on the pizza base then garnish it with grated cheese. If you are a cheese lover u can add more grated cheese to the pizza
 • On a stove heat a no-stick pan and grease it with butter on a low flame
 • Place the pizza on the heated pan and cover the pan with a led for at least 3-4 mins
 • In this whole process the pizza will be cooked on low flame
 • After 3-4 mins take off the led and check if the pizza is ready
 • Switch off the flame and take out the pizza in a serving plate and sprinkle the pizza seasoning on it
 • Now you can enjoy your delicious pan pizza.
