Mutton Curry (Click For Video)
Ingredients:-
500gm mutton
2 tbsp desi ghee
5-6 medium onion grated
3-4 medium tomatoes grated
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp meat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Whole garam masala(3-4 big elachi,3-4 small elachi,whole black pepper and 2-3 pieces small dalchini)
Steps:-
* In a pressure cooker add desi ghee,when the ghee starts heating add whole garam masala to it and sauté for 1 min.
* Then add grated onions and sauté well till light brown.
* Then add ginger garlic paste to the onions which are lightely browned.
* Now add red chilli powder,garam masala,meat masala and salt to taste and mix well.
* You can add little water to mix the spices.
* When whole spices are mixed together then add grated tomatoes to it.
* Sauté it well till the masala starts leaving oil. Cook on low flame.
* When the masala is cooked then add the mutton pieces to it and cook for 5-6 mins on high flame.
* When this is properly add 2 glasses of water and add some chopped hara dhaniya and cover it with a lid.
* Cook it on high flame till 7-8 whistles are done.
* Then lower the flame and cook for 5-10 mins.
* Then switch off the gas and open the lid and see if the mutton is cooked properly.
* Gravy will be thickened by now but if you want more thick gravy you can cook it on high flame for another 5 mins with open lid. Do not cover it.
* Now your mutton curry is ready to serve.
* Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with chopped hara dhaniya.
* You can enjoy your mutton curry with boiled rice.
