Chole Kulche (Click Here For Video Recipe)
Ingredients :
White Channe(Chickpeas) -1 cup
Onions-1 big (grated)
Tomato-2 medium (grated)
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
Channa Masala -2 tsp
Red Chilli Pd-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil -2 tsp
Tea Leaves-2 tsp
Water -4 cups (boil water & tea leaves together 
Add this water in channa at time of boiling)
Steps:
Boil channa with 4 cup water ( boiled with tea leaves)
Add some salt to it
Stem it for about until 6-8 steams comes on high flame
After that simmer the gas for about 8-10 min .
On the other hand take a pan for tarka 
Heat oil in a pan and add grated onions , cook them till light brown
Then add ginger garlic paste & tomatoes
Lat them cook well 
Then add salt , red ch Pd,garam masala,channa masala, and mix well till the masala leaves oil n cook properly
Then add boiled channa to it and mix well
Cook on high flame for about 10-12 mins. Till the gravy is thickened 
Serve with kulcha or rice
Your safad channa is ready.

Hare Dhaniye Ki Chutney (Click Here For Video)

Hare Dhaniya ki chutney
Ingredients : 
Hara dhaniya- 250 gm
Onion-2 medium
Garlic- 6-7 ps
Green chilly- 2
Salt to taste
Lemon-1 lemon juice

Steps:
In a grinder add all the ingredients and make a fine paste.

Masala Gobhi Aloo (Click Here For Video)

Masala gobhi Allu
Ingredients :
Gobhi-1/2 kg
Allu-2-3 big size (thick sliced)
Onion-1 big ( sliced )
Tomato-2 small ( grated )
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Red ch Pd -1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Haldi - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil - 2 tsp for tarka
Mustard oil - 1 cup for gobhi Allu shallow fry
Hara dhaniya for garnishing 

Steps:
Heat mustard oil in span for gobhi Allu to shallow fry.
Fry gobhi till light brown & fry Allu till light brown 
Keep them aside.
In another pan heat oil when oil is heated add sliced onions cook them till onions are light brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste & grated tomatoe and mix well .
Then add salt, haldi,garam masala,red ch Pd and mix well and cook till the masala leaves oil.
Then add the fried gobhi Allu and mix well.
Cook for about 5 min on low flame with lid covered to the pan.
Then add hara dhaniya and mix well for some time.
Masala gobhi Allu is ready to serve

Paneer Bhurji
Ingredients 
Paneer -200 gm
Onion -1 small (chopped)
Tomato-1 small ( chopped)
Jeera-1 tsp
Red ch.pd-1tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Haldi-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil -1 tbsp
Hara dhaniya few

Steps:
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera to it and cook for few seconds 
Then add chopped onions and cook till onions are light brown
Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
Then add salt,red ch pd,haldi,garam masala and cook until the masala leaves oil on sides.
Now add grated paneer to it and mix well , so that the masala and paneer is mixed together , mix with light hand 
Do not over cook .
Now add finely chopped hara dhaniya and cook for few seconds .
Paneer Bhurji is ready.

Vegetable Macaroni

Ingredients For Vegetables Macaroni :

Macaroni-300 gm(Boiled)
Capsicum-1 cup (chopped)
Carrot-1 cup (chopped)
Beans-1 cup (cut)
Cabbage-1cup (cut)
Onion -1 small (sliced)
Rai -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce-2tsp
Tomato sauce-2 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Steps:
Heat oil in a pan , add rai and cook for few seconds
Then add sliced onions and sauté well , then add beans,carrots,cabbage
and capsicum
Mix all the vegetables well and let it cook for 3-4 mins on low flame with covered lid.
Do not over cook the vegetables .
Now add boiled macaroni ,salt,soya sauce & tomato sauce and mix well .
Mix until the vegetables & macroni is mixed together .
Your vegetables macaroni is ready to serve.

Chilly Paneer (Click Here For Video)

Chilli Paneer
Ingredients:-
Paneer 1/2 kg
Capsicum (2-3) big size (sliced)
Onions (3-4) big size (sliced)
 1 medium size onion chopped
Garlic 2-3 tsp (finely chopped)
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp 
Maida 3 tb
Besan 2 tb
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Steps:-
* Cut paneer into cubes in a separate bowl and add besan,Maida,salt pepper and 1 tsp soya sauce and mix it well. 
* Add water to this mixture to make a batter to fry paneer. 
* The batter should not be too thin or too thick. 
* On the other side keep oil on the gas to heat for frying. 
* Now dip the paneer cubes in the batter mix slowly with light hand and one by one add paneer and add paneer to the oil for frying. 
* When the paneer is golden-brown,take the paneer out of the oil and keep aside. 
* In the other pan take 1-2 tb oil. When the oil is heated put chopped garlic to it and one chopped onion to it. 
* Sauté well till the garlic and onion light browned. 
* Then add sliced onions and sliced capsicums and sauté well. 
* Sauté it on low flame for 4-5 mins till the vegetables are a bit soft. 
* Then add soya sauce,tomato sauce(you can also add chilli sauce instead of tomato sauce if you want it to be spicy),salt pepper and mix well. 
* When the vegetables are ready add the fried paneer cubes to it and sauté with light hand. Do not mix it too much otherwise paneer will break. 
* Mix it for 1-2 mins and switch off the gas. 
* Now your chilli paneer is ready to be served.

Ckicken Biryani

Ingredients:-
700grm chicken(cut into small pieces)
8 medium onion (sliced and fried)
1 cup curd
1 1/2 cup rice (boiled)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Ghee 2 tsp
Whole garam masala (2 small elachi,2-3 big elachi,long 3-4)
Hara dhaniya for ganishing

Steps:-
* In a bowl put chicken and add curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,garam masala,red chilli powder and half the quantity of the fried onions 
* Keep half fried onions for garnishing
* Mix well and keep aside for half and hour to marinate
* After half and hour take handi  and put it on gas and heat it. 
* When the handi is heated add desi ghee and whole garam masala to it. 
* Sauté it well and add the marinated chicken and sauté them on high flame for 5-6 mins. 
* Simmer the gas and cook for about 8-10 mins on low flame with covered top. Do not pressure it. 
* After the chicken is cooked properly and dried well keep your gas on low flame. 
* Add boiled red on the cooked chicken in the handi 
* Layer the rice properly with the whole rice. 
* Press the rice properly then on the top of rice add fried onions,chopped hara dhaniya and add some safforan (a pinch of saffron+2-3 tb of water to the rice)
* Cover the handi with a cover and seal the cover with Atta as shown in video. 
* Let it cook for more than 5-7 mins after sealing the handi

* Now switch off the gas and your biriyani is ready to be served.
